Order Processing

How long does it take to process my order? Most orders are processed within 24 hours. However, if your order includes popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, processing may take between 5-10 business days. Can I cancel or change my order after it has been packed? Once your order has been packed and fulfilled, it cannot be changed or canceled. For any concerns or assistance, please reach out to our Support Team as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. How can I initiate a return? To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gorillawallet.store. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
